Ben Buist
Bass Player
Ben Buist is a live and studio session bass player based in the UK. Leaving school at a young age to support himself professionally playing bass, Ben was signed to Island Records at 18 with his band Model Aeroplanes and has years of experience touring in the UK and Europe.

In recent years Ben has turned his sights to session work and is touring with multiple artists including Amy Michelle and working as a session player and Musical Director for NATI.
​
Ben thrives under the pressure of live TV and radio sessions as well as studio work, having recorded bass and synth bass on both major label and indie releases.
​
Ben spcialises in pop, R&B and indie but is adaptable to most styles of music and loves the challenge and fulfilment of helping to bring an artist's dream show to life.
